Private Pilot Ground School

Study toward your Private Pilot Certification

To earn your Private Certificate, the student needs to pass a written knowledge exam, an oral knowledge exam and a flight exam. We hold ground school sessions of 12-13 weeks / 2-hour classes each week, to assure that students acquire the knowledge to be safe and pass the knowledge components. Ground Schools are throughout the year, typically Saturday mornings 10a – 12p. Our 12-13 week ground school addresses a new subject area each week, giving you time to reinforce this new knowledge in your flight training. Learning to fly is like learning a new language. Each step along the way requires study. The harder you work on this knowledge component the faster you will succeed.

Current Session runs January 11th - April 5th 2025.

Saturday mornings 10a – 12p.

Full program costs only $250 and includes a Private Pilot test prep book and access to Prepware.
